- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the diced chicken with the teriyaki sauce and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Layer the cooked rice in mason jars, followed by the cooked chicken, and top with mixed vegetables.
- Seal the jars and refrigerate or enjoy immediately.
- Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Store mason jars in the fridge for up to 4 days. Can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for different protein options.
