Description

A delicious and convenient Teriyaki Chicken & Rice Mason Jar Meal that is packed with flavor, easy to prepare, and perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the diced chicken with the teriyaki sauce and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Layer the cooked rice in mason jars, followed by the cooked chicken, and top with mixed vegetables.
  4. Seal the jars and refrigerate or enjoy immediately.
  5. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Store mason jars in the fridge for up to 4 days. Can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for different protein options.
