A quick and flavorful grilled chicken recipe with a zesty kick from lemon and chili powder.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix lemon juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Place chicken breasts in the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For more flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can also use chicken thighs for a juicier result.
