Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork or chicken
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Jars for storage

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add ground pork or chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and cook until tender.
  4. Add soy sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
