Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam or boil the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
- Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small tot shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
