Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam or boil the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
  3. Combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
