Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Optional: herbs (like oregano or basil) for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix the diced ham, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the mixture on one half of the rolled-out dough, leaving space around the edges.
  5. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
  6. Brush the top with olive oil and, if desired, sprinkle with herbs.
  7. Cut a few small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
