- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
- Optional: herbs (like oregano or basil) for seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix the diced ham, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mixture on one half of the rolled-out dough, leaving space around the edges.
- Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
- Brush the top with olive oil and, if desired, sprinkle with herbs.
- Cut a few small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for added nutrition.
