Description

Crispy, delicious zucchini chips made in the air fryer for a healthier snack option.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/8-inch thick slices.
  3. Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until well coated.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Cool slightly before serving to let them firm up.
