A whimsical take on pizza with a crust made entirely of chicken, topped with fresh Caesar salad ingredients.

- 1 large chicken breast
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground chicken breast, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming it into a pizza shape.
- Bake the chicken crust for 15-20 minutes or until it’s cooked through and beautifully golden.
- While the crust is baking, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing in a separate bowl.
- Once your chicken crust is oven-ready, carefully remove it from the oven and top with the Caesar salad mixture, scattered with halved cherry tomatoes and croutons.
- If desired, drizzle a little extra Caesar dressing over your pizza.
- Slice your delicious chicken-crust pizza into wedges, serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
This pizza is best enjoyed fresh, but leftover slices can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
