Description

Irresistibly fudgy brownies infused with the rich flavor of Vietnamese coffee, combining comfort and decadence in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup brewed Vietnamese coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove the melted butter from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Stir in the brewed Vietnamese coffee until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
