Description

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon to perfect crispiness. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Fry the eggs to your liking. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and fry them to your desired doneness; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare the bread for toasting. Butter one side of each slice of bread and place one slice butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Layer the ingredients for maximum flavor. On the buttered bread, add cooked bacon, fried eggs, and cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Grill until golden brown. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
