Description

A delightful Turkey Roulade filled with creamy spinach, ricotta, and sun-dried tomatoes, perfect for special occasions or family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey breast, pounded flat
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Kitchen twine for tying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Lay the pounded turkey breast flat on a cutting board.
  4. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the meat.
  5. Starting from one end, roll the turkey tightly into a log.
  6. Place the rolled turkey in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over the top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the roulade rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
