Description

Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • Sour cream and salsa for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and follow package instructions to flavor your meat to perfection.
  3. Prepare bowls by layering the cooked rice at the bottom.
  4. Top the rice with black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes, creating a colorful base.
  5. Spoon the seasoned meat on top of the vegetable layer, allowing all those flavors to meld together.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, a generous sprinkle of cheese, and dollops of sour cream and salsa.
