- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a towel.
- Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
