Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Create the cream sauce by pouring in the heavy cream and bringing it to a simmer. Let it thicken slightly.
  5. Incorporate the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
