- 2–3 pounds pork loin
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the pork loin generously with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
- Mix the chicken broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the pork loin, allowing it to seep into the onions and garlic below.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the pork is tender.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with the onions and sauce from the slow cooker, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.
