Description

Tender, juicy pork infused with garlic and onions, slow-cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 23 pounds pork loin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season the pork loin generously with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
  3. Mix the chicken broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the pork loin, allowing it to seep into the onions and garlic below.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the pork is tender.
  6. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with the onions and sauce from the slow cooker, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.
