Instructions
- Combine the beef chuck roast, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme in the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
- Shred the beef using two forks and return it to the slow cooker to soak in the sauce.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Garnish the beef mixture over the cooked egg noodles with fresh parsley before serving.
