- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Prepare chicken thighs and cauliflower on a sheet pan.
- Coat the chicken and cauliflower with the honey garlic mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
