Description

An easy, weeknight-friendly dish featuring tender chicken thighs and roasted cauliflower glazed with a sticky honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Prepare chicken thighs and cauliflower on a sheet pan.
  4. Coat the chicken and cauliflower with the honey garlic mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
