- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a marinade.
- Place chicken and cauliflower on a sheet pan. Pour the marinade over them, tossing to coat.
- Spread them out in a single layer on the pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cauliflower is tender, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
You can marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight for enhanced flavor. To add some crunch, bake the cauliflower a few minutes longer.
