Description

A quick and delicious weeknight dinner featuring juicy chicken and crispy cauliflower, all baked on one sheet pan with a flavorful honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a marinade.
  3. Place chicken and cauliflower on a sheet pan. Pour the marinade over them, tossing to coat.
  4. Spread them out in a single layer on the pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cauliflower is tender, flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight for enhanced flavor. To add some crunch, bake the cauliflower a few minutes longer.
