Description

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
  3. Add sausage, breaking it up and cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped cabbage and cook until wilted and tender, about 10 minutes.
