Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the raspberries and white chocolate chips gently.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
