- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in your pressure cooker over medium heat until crispy.
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and mix well.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Release the pressure, stir, and serve hot.
