Description

A quick and easy pressure cooker chili con carne that is rich, hearty, and full of flavor, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in your pressure cooker over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and mix well.
  5. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  6. Release the pressure, stir, and serve hot.
