A delicious combination of classic Philly cheese steak flavors and sloppy joes, making for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil and sauté the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the meat mixture among the hamburger buns, top with provolone cheese, and cover.
