Description

A rich and creamy Italian pasta dish with pork sausage and truffles, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • Pasta (e.g., rigatoni or spaghetti)
  • Pork sausage
  • Fresh cream
  • Black truffle (or truffle oil)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Brown the sausage in the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Simmer with fresh cream until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Add grated truffle or drizzle truffle oil into the mixture.
  7. Season with grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

Use high-quality sausage for the best flavor. Fresh cream is ideal, but whole milk can work in a pinch.
