Description

Simple and flavorful baked turkey meatballs, perfect for cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients together until just combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Serve with warm marinara sauce.

Notes

For an even juicier meatball, add a splash of milk to the mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
