Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients together until just combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with warm marinara sauce.
Notes
For an even juicier meatball, add a splash of milk to the mixture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
