Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the chicken in olive oil over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
