Description

A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring smoky kielbasa and sweet honey, combined with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet.
  6. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Cut vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking. Can add red pepper flakes for heat. Swap vegetables as desired.
