A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring smoky kielbasa and sweet honey, combined with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Add chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli to the skillet.
- Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Cut vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking. Can add red pepper flakes for heat. Swap vegetables as desired.
