Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are soft.
- Mix in the cooked chickpeas along with the cumin, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir well and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dried chickpeas instead of canned ones. Adjust spices to taste and consider adding your favorite veggies.
