Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Small pieces of bread or mini rolls
- Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, pickles, or additional cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, chopped red onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place small pieces of bread or mini rolls on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the tuna mixture generously onto each piece of bread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each piece, along with any optional toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
