Description

Deliciously cheesy and flavorful Mini Tuna Melts, perfect for casual gatherings or as a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Small pieces of bread or mini rolls
  • Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, pickles, or additional cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, chopped red onion, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place small pieces of bread or mini rolls on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the tuna mixture generously onto each piece of bread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each piece, along with any optional toppings.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. Feel free to add fresh herbs for extra flavor.
