- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Soft boil the eggs by bringing a pot of water to a boil and gently lowering the eggs in. Set a timer for six minutes.
- Cool and peel the eggs by transferring them to a bowl of cold water. Let them cool for a minute before peeling gently.
- Prepare the marinade by combining the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil in a bowl and stirring until well mixed.
- Marinate the peeled eggs by placing them in the marinade, ensuring they are submerged. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the marinated eggs in half and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For best results, let the eggs marinate longer for enhanced flavor.
