Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the heavy cream and chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the spinach until it wilts, then add the cooked tortellini.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing until everything is well combined.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For added spice, consider adding red pepper flakes. You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
