Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Toss to coat the chickpeas evenly with the oil and spices.
  4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice once out of the oven.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, enjoy fresh but if storing leftovers, keep them in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for a crispy texture.
