Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (e.g., cranberries or raisins)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the rolled oats, maple syrup, almond butter, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped nuts, dried fruit, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing it down firmly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
