- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free if desired)
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a large bowl: ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs of your desired size, slightly smaller than a golf ball.
- Prepare the slow cooker by placing the formed meatballs in it and pouring marinara sauce over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Set the cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot, optionally over zucchini noodles or as a delicious snack.
Notes
