- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Mix in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Serve over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
