Description

Transform simple cauliflower into a flavorful dish with bold Korean flavors of soy sauce, gochujang, and honey.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets in the marinade until coated.
  4. Spread the marinated cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until tender and golden-brown.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the cauliflower for 30 minutes before baking. Adjust spice level by varying the amount of gochujang.
