- 1 cup boiling water
- Coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk the eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar together in another bowl until well blended.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into your desired pretzel forms.
- Dip each pretzel into the boiling water for about 30 seconds.
- Place the dipped pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pretzels are golden brown.
- Allow the pretzels to cool slightly before serving.
