Description

Delicious low-carb pizza bites packed with flavor, perfect for snacking or entertaining.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free pizza sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute until melted, stirring halfway through.
  3. Stir the melted mixture until smooth and let it cool slightly.
  4. Add the egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Fold in the sliced pepperoni.
  6. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bite-sized mounds.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm.
  8. Serve warm with sugar-free pizza sauce for dipping.
