- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sugar-free pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute until melted, stirring halfway through.
- Stir the melted mixture until smooth and let it cool slightly.
- Add the egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to the mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the sliced pepperoni.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small bite-sized mounds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm.
- Serve warm with sugar-free pizza sauce for dipping.
