Description

Delicious low-carb taquitos filled with chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 head of lettuce or low-carb tortilla wraps

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Prepare a lettuce leaf or a low-carb tortilla wrap, and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto it.
  3. Roll up the lettuce leaf or tortilla tightly around the filling and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  4. Optional: Place the rolled taquitos on a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  5. Serve with extra ranch dipping sauce if desired.
