- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch seasoning
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 head of lettuce or low-carb tortilla wraps
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese in a bowl until well combined.
- Prepare a lettuce leaf or a low-carb tortilla wrap, and spoon the cheesy chicken mixture onto it.
- Roll up the lettuce leaf or tortilla tightly around the filling and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Optional: Place the rolled taquitos on a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Serve with extra ranch dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
For a creamy filling, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature. You can swap chicken for turkey or beef, and experiment with different cheeses or spices.
