- 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
- Sauté the spinach in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until wilted, then set aside.
- Cook the bacon in the same skillet until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
- Prepare the eggs in a bowl and cook them to your liking, either scrambled or sunny-side-up.
