Description
Juicy pork shoulder pieces marinated in garlic, honey, and soy sauce, delivering a savory and slightly sweet flavor experience.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb pork shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the meat: In a mixing bowl, combine the pork pieces, minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat the pork.
- Chill and infuse flavors: Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the skillet: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the pork: Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish and serve immediately: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve as soon as possible.
Notes
For richer flavor, marinate longer if time allows. Pork tenderloin can be used for a leaner option.
