Description

A refreshing blend of sweet mango and robust black tea, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot.
  2. Steep the tea bags for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  4. Cool the tea to room temperature.
  5. Blend the diced mango until smooth.
  6. Combine the mango puree with the cooled tea.
  7. Refrigerate until chilled.
  8. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Choose a ripe mango for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness to your liking with sugar or honey.
