Ingredients

- 2 black tea bags
- 4 cups water
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot.
- Steep the tea bags for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Cool the tea to room temperature.
- Blend the diced mango until smooth.
- Combine the mango puree with the cooled tea.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
Choose a ripe mango for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness to your liking with sugar or honey.
