- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced potatoes (fresh or frozen)
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Combine the browned beef, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, diced potatoes, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
