Description

Savory jalapeño popper cheeseburger bites packed with protein and flavor, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey or lean beef
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the meaty base in a large bowl with ground turkey or beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  2. Create the cheesy filling by mixing cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced jalapeños in a separate bowl until well combined.
  3. Assemble the bites by taking a small amount of the meat mixture, flattening it in your hand, adding a teaspoon of cheese mixture, and folding the meat around it to form a ball or patty.
  4. Repeat the process until all mixtures are used, creating a delicious assembly line of cheesy burger bites.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium fire, spraying with cooking spray or adding a little oil.
  6. Fry the burger bites for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack, ideally with dipping sauces.

Notes

Customize with different cheeses or spices to suit your taste. These bites are best enjoyed warm and can be paired with favorite dipping sauces.
