Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the rolled oats, mashed banana, nut butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips or dried fruits if using.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
