Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruits (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the rolled oats, mashed banana, nut butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or dried fruits if using.
  4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
