- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup grated apple
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground turkey, apple cider, grated apple, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme in a large bowl.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat. Form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
