Description
Delicious breakfast sliders made with fluffy eggs, savory sausage, and gooey cheese all nestled in sweet Hawaiian rolls.

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions or jalapenos for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the greased baking dish.
- Spread the crumbled sausage evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Pour the prepared egg mixture over the sausage.
- Sprinkle the cheese generously on top of the egg mixture.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into sliders.
- Garnish with sliced green onions or jalapenos if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
