Description

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks or skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hard-boiled eggs by peeling and cutting them in half.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
