- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of cheese (e.g., Swiss or cheddar)
- 1 cup spinach or lettuce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Lay slices of ham over the cream cheese, then add slices of cheese on top.
- If using, add spinach or lettuce and a dab of Dijon mustard for flavor.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a pinwheel.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
