Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in the diced zucchini and Italian seasoning, cooking until the zucchini is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the zucchini; you want it tender but not mushy. Add red pepper flakes for a bit of heat if desired.
