Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the dough.
  5. Spread the roasted garlic evenly on top of the pizza dough.
  6. Mix the ricotta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza.
  7. Top with fresh spinach, followed by the mozzarella and crumbled feta cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

Pairs well with a fresh Greek salad and a glass of crisp white wine. For extra flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving.
