- 1 pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the dough.
- Spread the roasted garlic evenly on top of the pizza dough.
- Mix the ricotta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza.
- Top with fresh spinach, followed by the mozzarella and crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
Pairs well with a fresh Greek salad and a glass of crisp white wine. For extra flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving.
