- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 4 chicken breasts
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in a bag or dish, ensuring they’re coated with the marinade.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, refrigerating for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Grill or bake the chicken until cooked through, approximately 6-7 minutes per side on the grill, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve the chicken after letting it rest for a few minutes, paired with your favorite sides.
Notes
Marinade can be made ahead and stored for up to a week. Adjust seasonings according to taste. Optional: add honey for sweetness or red pepper flakes for heat.
